Location & Accessibility

We are located at 257 Lafayette Ave, Suite 103, Buffalo NY 14213. You can find the ramp to the door off of the parking lot. We share space with The Fritzlen Group & Queer City Therapy.

Our space is ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible. Our furniture is built to be safe and comfortable for many bodies. Chairs have weight capacities of 350lbs and sofas have weight capacities of 600lbs.

We are happy to accommodate your needs wherever possible. If you have a medical condition that requires special considerations to make the space accessible to you, we will do our best to work with you. Please ask about this directly in your inquiry.

We have therapists that meet in person, via telehealth, or a combination of both. We have therapists at multiple pay scales and of multiple specializations. If we cannot meet your needs, we will provide you with referrals to qualified therapists that we trust.

Whole Stories Therapy does not work directly with any insurance company. We can provide invoices for potential reimbursement. If this is a route you wish to take, please reach out to your insurance provider ahead of booking to ask about your out of network benefits. Please be advised that your insurance company may request a diagnosis or clinical information. In couples work, diagnoses are often inappropriate and change the scope of the work that we do. We will not use diagnostic labels where they are not appropriate.
