Our Communities:
We provide Out-of-the-Box Therapy for Out-of-the-Box People. Here are some of the communities we proudly serve:
Culturally Competent Care: We strive to continually acknowledge and dismantle oppressive systems that uphold structural racism. Our practitioners are continually navigating the intersections of our own experiences and privileges. We do not shy away from speaking out against oppression and are mindful of the dynamics ever present in the therapy room. Because no human can know everything about every culture, we do not shy away from doing our own research and educating ourselves when encountering a cultural difference.
Neuro-diversity Knowledgeable: Our office offers a variety of options for our neurodiverse clients. If you have sensory needs, we are happy to accomodate wherever possible. Masking is not necessary here.
Sexual Diversity Celebrating: We celebrate our LGBTQIA+ communities and do not subscribe to compulsive hetero-monogamy. Queer identities are welcomed.
Gender Expansive Celebrating: We honor pronouns, presentations, and identities of all kinds.
Spiritual Diversity Affirming: Whether you are theistic, atheistic, or somewhere in the middle, we welcome your spiritual practices. You can talk about your prayers, your spells, and your lived experiences with us without judgement or ridicule. Witches welcome.
Poly/ENM Knowledgable: All forms of Polyamory and Ethical Non-Monogamy are welcomed. We have the space to support even large polycules. Utilizing systems thinking, we support all types of relationships and the members within them.
Kink Knowledgable: We proudly support the kink communities and all of the complexities of those identities. We understand the importance of kink to practitioners and welcome those conversations in the therapy room.
